Pennard Vets is looking for a Client Care Advisor to join its Sevenoaks group. You’ll be the first face clients see and the first voice they hear, helping to set the tone for every visit and making sure people and pets feel calm, cared for and well supported.
This is a busy, energetic front desk role where no two days are the same. You’ll be part of a practice that describes itself as independent and under clinical leadership, with referral-level care alongside first opinion work and many referral-level surgical pathways now standard for first opinion patients too.
