The RSPCA is seeking a Change Portfolio Manager to join the Strategy and Transformation directorate. This is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover position, offering the chance to work on impactful change initiatives across the organisation. Based at the London or Horsham office with flexibility to work from home, you'll work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in a hybrid arrangement.
As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you'll oversee the successful delivery of the change portfolio, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and the target operating model. Your role is to enable, engage with, and support change across the RSPCA, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
