You’ll be joining Spring Lodge Vets in Witham as a Registered Veterinary Nurse, working across all 6 sites in a role that can be full time or part time. The working pattern is ideally 40 hours per week, with shifts between 7:30 am and 7:30 pm and a shared Saturday morning rota.
This is a varied small animal nursing position within an RCVS-accredited hospital setting. The practice has 17 nurses, 10 vets and 22 support staff across the sites, with a collaborative team culture and a strong focus on ongoing development.
The main hospital is supported by five other accredited branches. Three are stand-alone branches with imaging and operating facilities, while two are consulting-only branches feeding into the hospital.

The practice is equipped with a full in-house lab, separate isolation, cat and dog wards, an orthopaedic theatre, extensive surgical kit including laparoscopic equipment and endoscopes, and digital X-ray machines. Three sites also have ultrasound machines. The team has certificates in orthopaedics, surgery, cardiology and ophthalmology, and the hospital receives referred eye operations. The practice is also an ISFM Cat Friendly Clinic and an RWAF Rabbit Friendly Clinic.
