About the Role

Join The Corner Veterinary Surgery as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in their small animal practice in Sutton. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week over four days with no weekend commitments – giving you genuine work-life balance alongside a supportive team of RVNs and certificate-holding veterinary surgeons.

You’ll have the opportunity to work to your full potential, nursing inpatients, performing Schedule 3 procedures, monitoring anaesthetics, and running nurse clinics. The practice is genuinely committed to supporting your professional development, whether you’re looking to progress clinically within your current role or aspire to senior positions like Head RVN, Area Manager, or even Operations Manager – many of the practice’s RVNs have already made that journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Nursing inpatients and providing high-quality patient care
• Performing Schedule 3 procedures within your scope of practice
• Monitoring anaesthetics during surgical procedures
• Running nurse-led clinics
• Contributing to a collaborative team environment alongside certificate-holding vets and fellow RVNs
• Supporting clinical excellence and continuous professional development

Requirements

• Current RVN registration
