About the Role
You'll be joining The Laurels, a progressive small animal practice spread across two modern sites in the heart of rural Herefordshire, serving both Hereford and the picturesque village of Ewyas Harold. This is a full-time position structured around four ten-hour days plus one in four Saturdays—with no out-of-hours duties and minimal inpatient care. The two locations are twelve miles apart, giving you flexibility and variety without the chaos of sole charge.
If you're drawn to the perfect balance of vibrant community life and unspoilt countryside—rolling hills, farmland, and direct access to the Golden Valley, Black Mountains, and Wye Valley—this role offers that rare combination. Hereford itself provides excellent amenities, transport links, and cultural attractions. The practice can support relocation with an allowance up to £5,000 for the right candidate.
This is a chance to shape your future with genuine clinical freedom, meaningful flexibility, and real career development opportunities. You'll have access to modern equipment including digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house laboratory, and laser therapy at both sites.
