This is a full-time position with an experienced veterinary nursing team at Guernsey's leading independent practice. You'll combine high-standard clinical nursing with real input into how the practice operates, developing protocols and mentoring junior team members. Guernsey itself offers a genuine work-life balance: a 25-minute maximum commute, no traffic, safe beaches within walking distance, and a tight-knit professional community.
The role includes fair out-of-hours emergency cover on a properly compensated rota, but your primary focus will be elevating nursing standards across all clinical areas and building a team culture where nursing is genuinely valued as an essential clinical profession.
