This is a rare chance to step into a Clinical Director position at Tower Vets in York, leading a small animal general practice across three sites. You will work alongside an established senior team and help shape the people, operational direction and clinical standards of the practice.
The role combines strategic responsibility with day to day leadership. You will line manage vets and team leaders across the three sites, support financial viability through services, purchasing and new business opportunities, and work with the Business Development Director to engage with the wider VetPartners business.
