Clifton Lodge Veterinary Group is expanding at its brand-new Hartlepool premises, and they're looking for a confident, enthusiastic RVN to join their friendly, growing team. This is a varied and rewarding position where you'll take on a full range of nursing duties: nurse consultations, theatre work, and schedule 3 procedures if you wish. You'll work across four sites in Hartlepool, Horden, Billingham, and Sedgefield, all within easy reach of beautiful coastline, countryside, and historic cities like Durham and York.
Full-time hours are offered as a 4-day week (8am to 7pm) or part-time arrangements if preferred. Some Saturday rota cover is ideal, but crucially, there are no Sunday shifts, no bank holidays, and no out-of-hours work. This is a practice genuinely committed to flexibility and work-life balance.
You'll be joining a team that actively supports professional development. Currently two RVNs hold feline medicine certificates and another has completed a medicine certificate, and the practice encourages everyone to pursue their interests and share knowledge.
Clifton Lodge Veterinary Group is a well-established, RCVS-accredited small animal practice with four sites spanning Hartlepool, Horden, Billingham, and Sedgefield. The new Hartlepool premises features exceptional surgical, diagnostic, and inpatient facilities including CT scanning. All sites are equipped with ultrasound, digital and dental x-ray, endoscopy, and laparoscopy, ensuring comprehensive diagnostic and treatment capabilities.
