Client Care Co-ordinator (RVN)

About the Role

Vets 2 Your Pets is a nationwide home visit veterinary service operating across England and Wales, providing at-home care for cats, dogs and rabbits. This is a fully remote, non-clinical position where you'll be the backbone of client communication and administrative coordination. Working Tuesday and Thursday 11am to 7pm, plus one Saturday morning per month (8am to 1pm), you'll manage appointments, liaise with clients and vets, and keep the whole operation running smoothly from your home office.

This role offers a rare opportunity for a registered veterinary nurse to step out of clinical practice while keeping your expertise at the heart of what you do. There's flexibility to take on additional hours as the business grows, and you'll benefit from dedicated training in all software systems used by the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Booking and scheduling home visit appointments
• Managing all client and veterinary communications via phone and email
• Processing medication orders and ensuring compliance with veterinary medicines regulations
• Updating and maintaining accurate clinical records on the practice database
• Processing client enquiries and referring complex cases to veterinary staff
• Managing invoices, processing payments, and tracking financial transactions
• Creating and posting social media content to boost client engagement
• Producing regular activity analytics and performance reports
• Attending team meetings and training as required
• Maintaining professional, accurate records of all client communications

Requirements

• Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) qualification
• Minimum 2 years of clinical veterinary experience
• Previous reception or customer-facing experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and database software
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in written communications
• Confident, proactive approach to problem solving and planning ahead
• Ability to work independently and know when to escalate for support
• Experience in social media content creation (desirable)
• Willingness to travel to occasional training, industry events, and team meetings across the UK
