This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract as a Registered Veterinary Nurse at Island Veterinary Associates, spanning two neighbouring practices in Wombourne and Gornal. You'll work a 40-hour week across four days (Tuesday to Friday, 8:15am to 7:15pm), with a set day off on Monday and Saturday mornings on a one-in-four rota. Time off in lieu is given for Saturday shifts worked.
The role offers genuine variety. Wombourne operates as a two-vet practice with x-ray, ultrasound and laboratory facilities, while Gornal is a busier one-vet branch running vet and nurse clinics alongside routine procedures. You'll support clinical work across both settings, delivering high standards of patient and client care as an integral member of the team.
