About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to become owner of Vets for Pets Bearsden, a well-established small animal practice in Glasgow that’s been thriving since 2012. You’ll operate with complete clinical and operational autonomy, setting your own vision for the practice while benefiting from the security and support of being part of a 440-practice network. The practice operates six days a week with out-of-hours cover provided by Glasgow Vet School, giving you genuine work-life balance alongside earning a salary from day one as you build your business.

Located on a busy trunk road overlooking a large residential area, the practice serves an active client base exceeding 2,500 patients. The stand-alone facility spans 2,156 sq. ft. across two floors with shared off-road parking, providing an ideal platform for growth and development in your own hands.

What You’ll Be Taking On

• Full ownership and operational management of Vets for Pets Bearsden
• Clinical leadership of an experienced seven-strong team, including an advanced practitioner in small animal medicine
• Strategic direction for the practice’s growth and service offerings
• Building lasting professional and personal value through business ownership
• Access to 12 dedicated support departments covering all aspects of business management, from finance to HR to clinical systems

• Experienced veterinary surgeon, registered veterinary nurse, or practice manager with demonstrable leadership capability
