This is a unique hybrid position blending client care and veterinary support across shifts. You'll work approximately 15 hours per week: late shifts (3:15pm to 7:15pm) on Mondays and Fridays as a Client Care Advisor, plus two consecutive weekend days (Saturday and Sunday) as a Veterinary Care Assistant. The flexible schedule suits candidates balancing other commitments while building a career in veterinary support.
Your focus is delivering exceptional service to clients and their pets, acting as a vital link between the reception area and the clinical team. You'll greet clients warmly, manage payments and bookings confidently using the practice's online system, and provide knowledgeable guidance on services available. You're equally comfortable handling in-patients, assisting with clinical tasks, managing stock, supporting surgical procedures, and maintaining a clean, organised clinic environment.
