Ready to lead a thriving small animal practice through an exciting expansion? Join Vets for Pets Bristol as Clinical Director and shape the future of a supportive, forward-thinking team, with zero out-of-hours and genuine work-life balance.
No out-of-hours, no on-call, no regular weekends.
This is a full-time clinical leadership opportunity at a growing South Bristol practice undergoing significant physical expansion this August. You'll join a supportive team of four vets and help establish additional services that will strengthen the practice's position in the community. This is daytime-only work with no out-of-hours, on-call, or regular weekend commitments, allowing you to lead with genuine work-life balance.
The role suits someone who thrives in leadership but genuinely enjoys hands-on clinical work day-to-day. You'll guide a team that includes vets studying towards certificates in Small Animal Medicine, Emergency and Critical Care, and Internal Medicine, offering real mentorship opportunities within a collaborative culture.
