This is a Head Veterinary Nurse position in a thriving small animal practice in St Albans. You’ll be joining a first opinion clinic with a young client base, leading the nursing team while staying closely involved in day-to-day clinical work.
The rota is full time at 40 hours per week across 5 days, with no weekends and no OOH. The practice is based on Abbey View Retail Park, with good travel links into the town centre and to the M1 and M25.
The clinic is purpose built to industry leading standards and is equipped with a full operating theatre, in house Idexx lab machines, microscopy, ultrasound, digital x-ray, a modern dental machine, tonopen, rhinoscope, endoscopy, a multi-parameter unit, isoflurane and sevoflurane. Orthopaedic surgeries are completed in practice too.
