Ready to lead without the chaos? This Head Vet role offers genuine autonomy, zero out-of-hours, and a supportive team in a modern practice where your voice truly shapes the future.
No out-of-hours, no on-call duties. Saturdays shared fairly across team. No Sunday working.
This is a leadership position where you'll work clinically while steering both the strategic and cultural direction of the practice. You'll have the autonomy to lead as if it were your own practice, backed by the security and support of an established veterinary group. The role is fully flexible, available as full-time or part-time, with no out-of-hours, no on-call duties, and no Sunday working. Saturdays are shared fairly across the team, giving you genuine work-life balance.
You'll manage routine medical and surgical cases, work sole charge when required, and mentor a close-knit, experienced team who are passionate about delivering excellent patient and client care. An interest in surgery is welcomed but not essential; the practice is keen to support your individual clinical interests and help you develop your skills further.
