You'll have complete clinical and operational freedom to define your clinical protocols, client relationships, and team culture. The practice will be brand new, located within an existing Pet Care Centre (a natural hub for new pet owners and client referrals), and could be operational within 6 to 12 months.
You'll take a salary from day one and earn 100% of future profits. Once all loans are repaid, you'll receive dividends twice annually and benefit from the asset value your practice builds over time. This is your practice, driven by your ambition and vision.
Vets for Pets is offering a unique practice ownership model designed to help experienced veterinary professionals realise their ambitions of owning their own practice. The Carmarthen location is a newly-built small animal practice situated within an established Pet Care Centre in a thriving market town surrounded by countryside and coastal scenery, with excellent transport links to Swansea and beyond.
The practice will feature three consult rooms, a prep area and theatre, X-ray, pharmacy, laboratory, separate cat and dog wards and waiting areas, an isolation ward, office, and branded reception. You'll receive expert guidance, brand recognition, and ongoing financial and operational support from the Vets for Pets partnership team, whilst maintaining complete clinical autonomy and true business ownership.
