About the Role

This is your opportunity to own and operate a thriving small animal veterinary practice within the Vets for Pets network. The Leeds Kirkstall location is positioned on a busy retail park alongside Pets at Home, giving you immediate access to a ready-made client base of over 4,000 and strong local footfall. The practice sits just under 4 miles from Leeds city centre with excellent onsite parking and public transport links.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead clinical decision-making and quality standards for the practice
• Develop and implement your vision for practice operations and team culture
• Build and manage your clinical and support team
• Drive business growth and financial performance
• Maintain client relationships and oversee the general caseload, including orthopaedic cases
• Manage practice facilities: 3 consult rooms, operating theatre, prep area, and separate cat and dog wards

About the Practice

Vets for Pets Leeds Kirkstall is a successful, well-established small animal practice with over 4,000 regular clients. Located inside a Pets at Home pet care centre on Kirkstall Bridge Retail Park, the practice benefits from a prime retail location alongside 15 other stores and excellent accessibility via local bus routes and ample onsite parking.

The practice is equipped with 3 consult rooms, a modern operating theatre, central prep area, and separate cat and dog wards, providing a strong foundation for a general caseload including orthopaedic work. As part of Vets for Pets, you'll be joining a network of locally owned, independently operated practices backed by professional support across finance, HR, IT, marketing, and clinical guidance.
