This is a full-time or part-time opportunity (minimum 20 hours per week) with flexible scheduling that includes Mondays and Thursdays, plus some weekend shifts discussed at interview. Crucially, there is no out-of-hours cover required. You'll be joining a strong, inclusive small animal team at a modern practice based inside Pets at Home on Racecourse Retail Park, with excellent facilities and ample parking in a location with great local amenities.
The practice actively encourages and supports CPD and study towards veterinary nursing certificates, ensuring you develop into the RVN you aspire to be. Your nurses are treated as veterinary professionals here, with the freedom to fulfil your clinical potential. You'll have the opportunity to lead and manage nurse clinics, perform Schedule 3 procedures, and take on clinical coaching responsibilities.
Aintree Vets4Pets is part of the Pets at Home group and operates from a modern, well-equipped facility within Racecourse Retail Park. The practice is home to a highly qualified team including multiple certificate-holding nurses and experienced veterinarians, providing excellent mentoring opportunities for developing nurses.
