This full-time position offers 40 hours per week with weekends on a 1 in 4 rota (day shifts only, no overnight on-call). You'll join a supportive close-knit small animal practice in Exeter that combines the charm of both rural and coastal living. The practice has recently welcomed a new owner committed to fostering a positive, enjoyable working culture where your input will genuinely shape the direction of the team.
You'll work alongside four veterinary surgeons, three other registered veterinary nurses, and a student nurse. One colleague holds Certificates in Anaesthesia, reflecting the team's commitment to clinical excellence. The practice actively encourages progression and ongoing professional development for all nursing staff.
