At Burton Vets for Pets, you'll be the friendly first point of contact for clients and their pets, helping to create a calm and welcoming experience from arrival through to departure. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client care, acting as a link between clients and the clinical team, and supporting the smooth running of the practice day to day.
Your work will include greeting clients, offering guidance, managing payments, handling future bookings and using the online booking system confidently. This is a full-time role of 35 hours per week, including 1 in 4 Saturdays from 9am to 6pm. It is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave, with the potential to become permanent depending on business needs.
