You'll be the welcoming first point of contact for clients and their pets at Vets for Pets Southampton, working between 10 and 20 hours per week across the practice's daytime hours (08:30 to 19:00). Your focus will be delivering exceptional client service while supporting the clinical team. You'll manage bookings via the practice's online system, process payments, coordinate the day-to-day running of the practice, and build strong relationships with clients and their pets. You'll be calm under pressure, whether comforting a client with difficult news or celebrating a new puppy's first visit.
