This is a full-time veterinary surgeon position with genuine flexibility to suit your lifestyle. The practice is moving towards a 1-in-6 weekend rota (currently 1-in-3), and shift patterns can be tailored to your needs. You'll be joining a deceptively large stand-alone practice in Sutton Coldfield that has recently undergone extension, now offering spacious, modern facilities and a genuinely collaborative team atmosphere.

The team includes 5 vets, 5 RVNs, 1 SVN plus 2 student SVNs on placement, a practice manager, 3 client care advisors, and an insurance administrator. The practice has visiting specialists in orthopaedics and heart scans, and is committed to colleague wellbeing with dedicated mental health first aiders on staff.
