This is an opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a growing small animal practice in Bolton. The role is ideal for a good all rounder who is also looking to develop, with support for your professional growth and a salary of up to £75,000 FTE, DOE.
The practice is looking for someone to work around 30 to 40 hours per week, although flexible working can be discussed. A set day off each week is offered, Saturdays are worked on a 1 in 4 basis, and there are no Sundays or OOH.
You will be joining a friendly, inclusive and supportive team with a busy, fast paced caseload and plenty of opportunity to get involved in surgery, medicine, diagnostics and imaging.
Bolton Central Vets for Pets is described as a growing, established small animal practice with a warm, professional atmosphere. The team says the practice has been growing from strength to strength under new ownership.
The clinical team includes 3 other experienced vets, Steven the Practice Owner, a qualified RVN, a further 2 RVNs and 3 CCAs. The wider team brings more than 40 years of veterinary experience, while the nursing team contributes 30 plus years of combined experience. The practice also has advanced imaging including ultrasound and digital x-ray, and the team has undertaken CPD in areas including feline medicine, orthopaedics, leadership and mentoring, and client communication.
