You'll be joining a close-knit team of 2 vets, 4 RVNs, 2 receptionists, and a dedicated practice manager at Ely Companion Care. This full-time role includes 1 in 4 Saturdays but offers a rare perk for small animal practice: no out-of-hours cover. The team values collaboration and genuine support, with a caseload that balances routine consultations, surgery, and the occasional emergency or unusual case.
Located in the historic city of Ely, just a two-minute walk from the city centre, the practice sits in a community rich with charming shops, cafés, and stunning cathedral views. For those who enjoy the outdoors, scenic walks along the River Great Ouse and nearby nature reserves are on your doorstep. Excellent transport links mean Cambridge, Newmarket, Peterborough, and the Norfolk coast are all easily accessible. Flexibility around shift patterns is available to accommodate childcare or other commitments.
