This full-time position is structured for balance: 4 days per week with just one Saturday morning shift per month (9am to 12pm) and no overnight or emergency cover required. You'll work within a varied small animal caseload, with the practice keeping procedures in-house where possible and sharing work equally across the team. Clinical meetings, quarterly practice forums, and regular in-house training sessions keep the team current and engaged.

Gosport Vets for Pets is a locally owned, spacious standalone practice at the heart of the community. The team is led by Andras, a passionate advocate for staff development with over 10 years' experience in orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery. The practice employs 11 experienced nurses who run their own clinics, plus a welcoming reception team of 8, including a trained Mental Health First Aider.
The facility is fully equipped for a thriving GP practice: 4 consultation rooms, separate imaging room, theatre, isolation ward, dedicated cat and dog wards, plus a separate office and colleague kitchen.
