You'll be joining Wycombe Marsh Vets for Pets as the fifth member of an established veterinary team, replacing a colleague relocating to the USA. This is a full-time role working 35 to 40 hours per week (negotiable), structured to support both professional growth and personal wellbeing. Weekend work is part of a 1 in 4 rota with no overnight on-call commitments.
The practice operates with a strong open-door culture and team-first ethos. Consultation times are generously allocated at 20 minutes as standard, with built-in space for admin catch-up, proper lunch breaks, and regular clinical meetings. You'll have access to excellent facilities including a fully equipped operating theatre, X-ray and dental X-ray units, and ultrasound equipment.
