This is an exciting opportunity to join an established small animal practice that has recently relocated to a brand new facility at Sixfields in Northampton. The practice has demonstrated remarkable resilience and unity following a devastating fire, and is now ready to move into a purpose-built space conveniently located between junctions 15a and 16 of the M1, just 1.5 miles from Northampton Rail Station.
You'll be working in a genuinely supportive environment where kindness underpins everything: from patient care to client relationships to how the team treats each other. This is a full-time role offering flexibility around your hours and days worked, with no out-of-hours or call-out commitments (Saturday rotas are 1 in 3, but these are daytime only). You'll have the option to work 25 to 40 hours per week, giving you real control over your work-life balance.
The practice is a small animal focused clinic with a caring nursing and support team alongside you. Whether you're looking for a consulting-only arrangement or a full mixed caseload including surgery and sole charge work, they're open to discussing what works best for you.
