Pontypridd Vets for Pets is seeking a confident veterinary surgeon to join a busy, first-opinion small animal practice with a proven track record of supporting clinician wellbeing. This part-time role offers 2 days per week (Wednesday and Thursday, 9am to 7pm) with no out-of-hours or weekend commitments. You'll work with a structured schedule that prioritises both your welfare and exceptional patient care, with 15-minute consults as standard.
The practice is led by a practice owner who completed a Veterinary Leadership and Management Diploma and actively champions team mental health and professional development. You'll have the full support of 2-3 nurses, a VCA, and a receptionist each day you work, along with close collaboration and additional resources from the sister practice in Llantrisant. If desired, you can work across both sites.
