You'll be joining a well-established, forward-thinking practice in Sittingbourne that has built a loyal client base over eight years. This is a full-time permanent position with a manageable weekend rota of one Saturday in three (9am to 6pm), and importantly, no out-of-hours or overnight on-call duties. The practice is owned and led by a vet and a veterinary nurse, creating a culture grounded in compassion, honesty, and genuine support for team members.
The team comprises three experienced vets, five RVNs, a VCA, and four receptionists. You'll find a warm, collaborative environment where teamwork and continuous learning are valued, and there's always time for a good chat and a slice of cake. The practice is a Practice Standards Scheme member and proud holder of a Good Client Service Award.
