This is a permanent full-time position with a team of 5 vets at a locally owned Weymouth practice that genuinely prioritises work-life balance. You'll enjoy 1-in-4 Saturday cover and no out-of-hours duties, making it easy to actually enjoy your life outside the clinic. The practice is just a 5-minute walk from Weymouth's sandy beach, so your lunch breaks and time off feel genuinely restorative.
The practice has recently invested significantly in facilities and equipment. You'll find a dedicated dental suite, upgraded imaging room, K-Laser, and a Vetus 50 ultrasound with colour Doppler and ECG. Laparoscopic equipment is on the horizon, and the team is actively interested in building clinical skills around minimally invasive care. If you already have laparoscopy experience, brilliant; if it's something you'd like to develop, the practice is committed to supporting that with the right cases, kit, and CPD.

The practice manager has been with the practice for over 11 years, and the vet team brings more than 40 years of combined experience, including an Advanced Practitioner in Medicine.
