The role offers flexible working arrangements, with part-time hours available for the right candidate, though full-time consideration is ideal. Days are well organised with built-in team catch-ups, 20-minute standard consultations, and early closure at 6pm several days a week. There is no out-of-hours work required; weekend rotas consist of just 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.
