Join a thriving, locally owned practice where work-life balance truly matters. No OOH, flexible hours available, and a supportive team that values wellbeing as much as great clinical care.
No OOH commitment. Weekend rota includes 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Yeovil Vets for Pets, a small, friendly practice built on stability and team continuity. Since opening in 2014 and becoming locally owned in 2020, the practice has maintained the same core team and earned RCVS accreditation for Outstanding Client Care and Inpatient Services. The role offers flexible working arrangements, with part-time hours available for the right candidate, though full-time consideration is ideal. Days are well organised with built-in team catch-ups, 20-minute standard consultations, and early closure at 6pm several days a week. There is no out-of-hours work required; weekend rotas consist of just 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.
The practice sits on a busy retail park with ample parking and excellent local amenities, just 5 minutes walk from the train station and close to Yeovil town centre. You'll be within easy reach of tourist destinations like Exeter, Bath, and the coast, all under an hour away.
