This is a part-time weekend consulting position at Vets for Pets in Peterborough, covering a minimum of one in four weekends. You'll work Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm, with no overnight on-call or bank holiday cover required. The role focuses entirely on routine consultations in a practice that values strong team spirit and genuine care for pets and their owners.

Peterborough Vets for Pets is a well-established small animal practice with a talented team of 7 veterinary surgeons, 6 registered nurses, 3 student nurses, and excellent administrative support. The team holds multiple advanced qualifications including certificates in internal medicine, cardiology, and ultrasonography, alongside services in acupuncture and physiotherapy. The nursing team is equally accomplished, with expertise in consulting, emergency and critical care, and an in-house qualified physiotherapist.
