Join a multi-site RVN role across Ayr, Irvine and Kilmarnock, with no OOH and a minimum three-day week. You'll also have the backing of a Clinical Nurse Manager, an RVN Business Partner, and a team that places nurses at the centre of care.
No OOH. 1:4 Saturday rota.
This Registered Veterinary Nurse opportunity covers three practices across Ayr, Irvine and Kilmarnock, so you'll enjoy variety in your day while staying close to a supportive nursing team. The role is open to both experienced RVNs and newly qualified nurses looking for their first position.
The clinics are described as collaborative and forward-thinking, with nurses at the heart of the model of care. You'll be supported by a Clinical Nurse Manager and an RVN Business Partner, and the team says it listens to nurses and invests in equipment that helps you deliver good clinical care.
This Vets4Pets team operates across three practices in Ayrshire and is led by four partners, made up of two vets, one RVN and one practice manager. The wider team includes 60 colleagues, 14 Vets, 14 RVNs, three GPD-trained Clinical Lead Vets and three Clinical Coach RVNs.
The practice group says it values mutual respect, open communication, support and work-life balance, and it tailors rotas and benefits to individual colleagues where possible.
