This is a full-time or part-time opportunity to join an expanding small animal practice in Wimbledon. The practice is growing under Joint Venture Partner Syd Azimi, and you'll be part of that exciting development. With flexible shift hours between Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturdays 9am to 2pm (offered weekly or 1 in 2), plus time off in lieu, you can build the schedule that works for you. Best of all, there is no OOH commitment whatsoever.
The surgery is purpose-built to industry-leading standards, featuring digital X-ray, in-house laboratory facilities, and air-conditioned treatment areas. You'll see a wide variety of cases with a higher-than-average number of rabbits and exotics, plus regular visits from an animal behavioural specialist. The practice takes pride in working cases up to an extremely high standard and actively supports individual clinical interests.
Nurses are the heart of this practice. You'll perform an integral clinical role in patient care, combine excellent communication and organisation skills with a genuine interest in the business side of practice management, and help motivate the team to achieve both personal and practice goals. A warm, compassionate, and people-oriented approach is essential, along with confidence in your leadership abilities to foster smooth and collaborative teamwork.
