You'll be the friendly, welcoming first point of contact for clients and their pets at either the Selly Oak or Quinton Vets4Pets practice. This is a part-time position working 20 hours per week, plus one Saturday in three, giving you flexibility alongside a supportive team environment.
Your day will centre on delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships with pet owners and the clinical team. You'll greet clients warmly, manage bookings using the online system, process payments confidently, and coordinate the smooth running of daily practice operations. Your genuine passion for helping people and their pets, combined with your calm and attentive approach, will ensure clients leave knowing they've received outstanding care.
