About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive small animal practice in Nuneaton that’s grown significantly thanks to a loyal client base and strong reputation. You’ll work Saturdays within a wider group of five practices, comprising 35 FTE vets including multiple certificate holders—meaning excellent clinical collaboration and the chance to follow your cases through to completion. The practice is open to both full-time and part-time arrangements, so you can shape a schedule that suits your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality small animal care across the full range of medical and surgical cases
• Lead Saturday clinic sessions (1 day per week), utilising the practice’s full range of equipment and facilities
• Collaborate with a team of experienced vets and specialist certificate holders across the five-practice group
• Support clinical development initiatives within the practice, including laparoscopic surgery and advanced nursing techniques
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in patient care and team wellbeing

Requirements

• Qualified veterinary surgeon with relevant small animal experience
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to manage a varied caseload independently
• Commitment to collaborative, supportive team working
• Willingness to embrace the practice’s progressive ethos and clinical development

About the Practice

YourVets Nuneaton is a modern, purpose-built practice forming part of a five-practice group within the CVS network. The clinic is fully equipped with separate dog and cat wards, a spacious theatre with laparoscopic equipment, a dedicated X-ray room, and a dental suite with its own X-ray facilities.
