Join Zetland Vets as Head Veterinary Nurse and take on a senior clinical leadership position within a thriving eight-practice group. You'll lead a team of 5-6 nurses while working alongside 16 colleagues and 15 vets across the practice. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with flexible working patterns: either four 10-hour days (8am-6:30pm) with one non-fixed day off, or five 8-hour days (8am-4:30pm/5pm). You'll work one in seven Saturdays, 8:30am-5pm, alongside another nurse.
The practice is equipped to the highest standard and accredited under the RCVS Accreditation Scheme. Emergency cover is provided by Vets Now, so you can focus on building a confident, capable nursing team in a collaborative, values-led culture that prioritises continuous improvement and professional development.
