This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident clinician ready to take the next step in their career within a well-established two-site small animal practice serving Arbroath and Forfar on the beautiful Angus coastline. You will enjoy a varied and rewarding first opinion caseload with genuine clinical freedom to work cases to a high standard. The work includes a broad mix of routine and more complex medical and surgical cases such as pyometras, lump removals, GI foreign bodies, and dentistry.
The practice works closely with Cats Protection, running a dedicated cat clinic that adds further variety to your daily work. This full-time role is flexible, offered over 4 or 5 days per week, with a shared Saturday morning rota and no out-of-hours commitment. You'll be part of a small, stable clinical team of 4 vets and 5 RVNs that promotes continuity and teamwork.

Abbey Veterinary Clinic is an established practice with over 80 years of history. Originally a 2-person farm animal practice in Forfar, it has developed into a busy companion and farm animal practice, expanding to a second clinic in Arbroath in 1997. Both clinics are centrally located with 24-hour off-road parking.
The practice operates modern facilities including digital radiography, IDEXX in-house laboratory, iM3 dental equipment, and recently installed dental X-ray in Arbroath. The team is known for its close-knit culture and personal relationships with clients, with many staff members having been with the practice for several years.
