Looking for a practice that genuinely protects your work-life balance? Join Beacon View Vets, where no out-of-hours and 20-minute consultations are standard, not a luxury.
No out-of-hours work. Weekends involve morning consults only, shared fairly across the vet team.
Beacon View Vets is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their growing team in Eastry, Kent. This is a planned growth role supporting their expanding first opinion and local referral caseload, with full-time or part-time options available. The practice is currently a 6-vet team, increasing to 7 in July, and this eighth vet role is designed to protect the time, standards and working environment that allow the team to practice high-quality veterinary medicine properly.
This role suits vets from a few years qualified through to certificate holder or Advanced Practitioner level. The clinical day is structured to give you time and autonomy: minimum 20-minute consultations as standard, protected admin time, strong RVN support, and a varied caseload including advanced diagnostics and procedures in-house. There is no out-of-hours work; weekends involve morning consults only, shared fairly across the vet team.
The practice is happy to shape the role around the right person, including a consult-focused role if that suits your strengths. You'll work with proactive, engaged clients who value clinical discussion and support appropriate diagnostics and treatment plans.
