This Practice Manager role covers the non-clinical running of the St Albans clinic, from operations and finances to team leadership and local relationships. You'll be part of the Clinic Leadership Team alongside the Clinical Director and Head Nurse, helping make sure the clinic runs smoothly around the vets and nurses caring for patients.
The role is hands-on and commercially minded, with a strong focus on people management, budgeting, problem-solving and community connection. In St Albans, you'll be building on relationships with local pet owners and businesses, while helping strengthen the clinic's presence in an area with a loyal and engaged pet-owning population.
