About the Role

As a Practice Host at Creature Comforts, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, setting the tone for their visit with warmth and professionalism. This full-time permanent role is based in Twickenham and sits at the heart of clinic operations, blending front-of-house hospitality with backend organisation.

You'll greet clients with genuine enthusiasm, manage a busy appointment schedule, handle phone and email enquiries, and ensure the reception area remains a welcoming, tidy space. Your role bridges the gap between clients and the clinical team, communicating care plans and treatment information in an accessible, empathetic way.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets with a warm, cheerful attitude, making everyone feel welcome from arrival
• Answer phone calls and emails professionally, schedule appointments, and send appointment reminders
• Maintain and organise client records confidentially, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date details
• Process payments and manage billing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist pet owners with treatment plan information and follow-up care instructions
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area
• Collaborate with veterinarians, nurses, and other team members to support smooth clinic operations
• Assist with clinic events, promotions, and community outreach activities
• Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively
