SKU Creation Executive

About the Role

Animed is a rapidly expanding online veterinary pharmacy and pet shop specialising in prescription medicines, clinical diets, and premium pet products. As SKU Creation Executive, you will be central to ensuring our product catalogue is accurate, well-organised, and easy for customers to navigate and purchase from. This full-time permanent role is based in Diss and offers excellent exposure to e-commerce, pricing, commercial activity, and analytics.

You will work closely with manufacturers and suppliers, manage product data across multiple systems, and drive continuous improvement in how we present our range online. This is an ideal opportunity if you are looking to develop a broader career path in commercial or analytics roles as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Categorise products accurately using CSV imports and manual attribute management
• Create and manage product imports for new lines and product updates across the website management system and point of sale
• Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to source complete and accurate data for new line forms
• Support data quality, pricing accuracy, and ongoing master data management
• Manage product information within the website management system to deliver a smooth customer journey

Requirements

• Confident in Excel with experience of e-commerce product uploads, catalogue management, or marketplace administration
• Quick to learn new systems and keen to understand processes and how data flows through the business
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with pricing and product data
• Experience in categorisation, data defects, or master data management (advantageous)
• Highly motivated, organised, and able to work to deadlines
• Proactive problem-solver who can think on their feet and identify opportunities for improvement
