Warehouse Coordinator

About the Role

MiLab Diagnostics is recruiting a Warehouse Coordinator to join their small warehouse team at their Harleston site in Norfolk. This is a full-time, permanent role working daytime hours only (8:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday) with no evening or weekend commitments.

You'll play a key part in the smooth operation of a growing organisation dedicated to supplying veterinary laboratory consumables to practices across the UK. If you have warehouse experience or are looking for a career change into a hands-on logistics role, MiLab wants to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, scan, pack, and ship customer orders for delivery
• Receive and process supplier deliveries, including unloading, safe storage, and stock rotation
• Maintain accurate stock control and conduct monthly stocktakes with full traceability of any discrepancies
• Monitor stock levels, rotate inventory on a first in first out basis, and report shortages or expired stock
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organised, optimising space utilisation
• Operate warehouse equipment including scissor lifts and pallet trucks
• Adhere to safe working practices and support building housekeeping

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong mathematical ability
• Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively
• Hands-on, practical approach to work
• Competence with computer systems and a methodical, detail-oriented mindset
• Right to Work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available for this role)
