This full-time position offers genuine flexibility, with openness to part-time splits or term-time arrangements. You'll work 1 in 4 weekends with no out-of-hours commitments, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Based on the edge of the Peak District with easy access to the M1 and East Midlands Airport, the practice offers on-site parking and serves a genuinely nice client base.
Your main responsibility will be supporting and mentoring Holly, a new graduate working through her GDP, whilst delivering high-quality small animal medicine and surgery alongside the wider team.
Vets for Pets operates a small animal practice built on a genuine team culture. The team comprises 3 highly capable RVNs, a strong support team, and a collaborative environment where everyone contributes. Facilities include a dedicated theatre, large prep area, separate kennels and cattery, digital x-ray, ultrasound, and tonopen. The practice also sees a range of exotics, offering variety for vets who enjoy working across species.
