Internal Recruiter

About the Role

This is an Internal Recruiter role focused on volume recruitment for non-clinical positions across CVS. The post is fully remote and permanent, with a salary of up to £33,000 depending on experience.

You will be joining a supportive Talent Acquisition team and taking ownership of campaigns for roles such as receptionists, Veterinary Care Assistants, Veterinary Interns and other high-volume vacancies. The work is fast-paced and relationship-led, with a strong focus on delivering a smooth recruitment journey for candidates and Hiring Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple recruitment campaigns and vacancies at the same time.
• Handle hiring activity for non-clinical roles, including receptionists, Veterinary Care Assistants, Veterinary Interns and other volume positions.
• Work with Hiring Managers across the business from advertising through to offer.
• Screen and shortlist candidates.
• Coach Hiring Managers on best-practice recruitment processes.
• Create job adverts and attraction strategies.
• Use recruitment data and insights to improve hiring outcomes.
• Support internal career moves, promotions and wider talent development opportunities.
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders and Hiring Managers.

Requirements

• Experience in high-volume or fast-paced recruitment.
• Background in internal recruitment, agency recruitment, RPO, retail, healthcare, hospitality, customer service or contact centre recruitment.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Confident relationship-building with Hiring Managers and candidates.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment systems.
• Highly organised, proactive and resilient.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders.
