The Harrogate Vet is looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join its Harrogate team on a permanent contract. The rota is 40 hours a week across either 4 or 5 days, with no Sundays and no out of hours. Part-time working can also be discussed if that is the right fit for you.
This role is based across The Harrogate Veterinary Hospital and the Leeds Road practice, with the hospital and referral centre at Rippon Way supporting advanced imaging and more complex cases. The setting combines a welcoming community practice feel with a wider clinical environment, all set within easy reach of Leeds, York, and the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The Harrogate Vet is part of CVS and includes The Harrogate Veterinary Hospital and the Leeds Road practice in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Rippon Way operates as a 24/7 hospital and referral centre for advanced imaging and complex cases.
The practice has digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound, multiparameters, endoscopy, CT scanning, in-house laboratory equipment, a cat-only consulting room, and separate cat and dog wards. It also has a well established team with certificate holders in surgery, medicine, and imaging, plus ISFM Gold Cat Friendly accreditation, Zero Pain Practice status, and a fear free ethos.
