You will be based across Willow Veterinary Centre's two sites, Hellesdon and Thorpe Road, working 40 hours per week on a permanent full-time contract. The rota runs Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:30, with a shared Saturday morning shift from 08:30 to 12:30.
This is a busy reception role at a small animal practice, where you'll be the first point of contact for clients and a key part of the day-to-day flow of the practice. The role includes a broad mix of administration, communication, client care and practical front desk tasks.
