This is a 12-month fixed-term position based primarily at the Shirehampton site, with regular shifts across the Eastville branch and occasional cover at Ashton. You'll work 39.13 hours per week on a Monday–Friday schedule, plus a shared 1:4 Saturday rota. The role combines front-desk duties with behind-the-scenes support, making you the heartbeat of a busy three-site practice within the CVS Vets network.
You'll manage a constant flow of calls, appointments, and client interactions, while also handling insurance forms, medication dispensing, and financial transactions. It's a role that demands flexibility—both in covering different sites and the emotional intelligence to support clients during difficult moments—but one where your organisational skills and warmth genuinely matter.
