24/7 emergency hospital role; full-time clinical director position in an emergency and critical care setting
This is a permanent, full-time Clinical Director position with ARH Greater Western Sydney, a purpose-built emergency and referral hospital serving one of Australia's fastest-growing regions. You'll be the clinical cornerstone of the service, leading by example whilst actively mentoring veterinarians at every stage of their development. This role is built around one core principle: clinical work comes first.
You'll navigate complex ECC cases with composure and empathy, coach colleagues through case discussions and in-the-moment teaching, and foster a culture where psychological safety and high performance coexist. You'll also develop and refine clinical protocols, shape the hospital's clinical direction in partnership with senior leadership, and help guide the team's growth—all whilst maintaining your own hands-on clinical practice.
