De Montfort Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their team in Evesham, a picturesque market town on the border of the Cotswolds. This is a full-time position working 40 hours over 4 days per week, with Saturday mornings on a 1:4 rota (08:30-13:00). Crucially, there are no out-of-hours or on-call commitments, giving you genuine work-life balance. The practice is open to discussing part-time arrangements with the right candidate.
You'll work with a cohesive team of 4 FTE vets, 8 FTE RVNs, and 1 SVN in a newly refurbished hospital equipped with modern technology. The clinical team brings diverse expertise including medicine, dentistry, emergency and critical care, surgery, feline nursing, and behavioural work. Whether you have a surgical or medical bias, the practice provides the environment and equipment to help you excel.
